Application :

It is suitable for the screening and separation of medium-sized materials with an aperture of 5mm-40mm of particles in mining, coal, building materials and other industries. It is suitable for air separation and dry separation.

• Energy saving and consumption reducing: the weight of polyurethane made screen panel is dramatically reduced compared to traditional steel screen panels of the same size. It will reduce much load onto the vibration machine, power saving and prolong the life of the whole screening equipment. .

Raw materials:

1. High-strength steel wire rope, also available in 304 stainless steel.

2. Thermoplastic Polyurethane resin: high strength; food grade polyurethane can also be used, which is safer.

Quality standards:

Wire diameter error is less than: ±0.5mm, mesh error is less than: ±0.5mm

In the same year, Joyway Group Chemical founded its subsidiary, Qinjin Qixing Mining Equipment Co., Ltd., and formed a joint venture with its Indian partners to establish a production base in India. This China-India collaboration aims to broaden perspectives and provide high-quality, durable screening equipment for the mining industry and related sectors.
