Polyurethane TPU Tufflex Screen Mesh with Steel Hooks No Blind​

Application :

Polyurethane TPU Tufflex screen mesh is made from high quality food grade TPU resin which cover the high quality steel. The hook of this type of sceen is steel which is high-strength steel wire rope, also available in 304 stainless steel.

This kind of screen is suitable for the screening and separation of medium-sized materials with an aperture of 5mm-40mm of particles in mining, coal, building materials and other industries. It is suitable for air separation and dry separation.

Advantages :

1. Easy installation: metallic hooks design makes it very easy to install or replace.

2. Long Lasting and Maximizes Open Area: almost same open area compared with wire mesh while with a service life about 8 times longer.

3.Lower noise: PU wire mesh screen can reduce that noise level by as much as 9 decibels. That's a 50% reduction as perceived by the human ear.

4. Energy saving and consumption reducing: the weight of polyurethane made screen panel is dramatically reduced compared to traditional steel screen panels of the same size. It will reduce much load onto the vibration machine, power saving and prolong the life of the whole screening equipment.

5. This kind of TPU Tufflex has no blind, it can help customer to increase the working effiency.

In the same year, Joyway Group Chemical founded its subsidiary, Qinjin Qixing Mining Equipment Co., Ltd., and formed a joint venture with its Indian partners to establish a production base in India. This China-India collaboration aims to broaden perspectives and provide high-quality, durable screening equipment for the mining industry and related sectors.
