This two layer high frenqency screen panel is made from Polyurethane resin.

First layer is from Polyurethane casting materials, second layer is from TPU. These two layer are fixed by the screws.

The biggest advantage is long working life.

The result was the production of Polyurethane fine screens characterized by small aperture mesh sizes, excellent elasticity, long service life, and high cost-effectiveness.

In the same year, Joyway Group Chemical founded its subsidiary, Qinjin Qixing Mining Equipment Co., Ltd., and formed a joint venture with its Indian partners to establish a production base in India. This China-India collaboration aims to broaden perspectives and provide high-quality, durable screening equipment for the mining industry and related sectors.
